CHE’s presentations are copyright-protected material available only to paid registrants. It is a violation of CHE’s intellectual property rights and considered theft for persons who are not paid registrants to view CHE webinars. More than one person sharing a single registration is not allowed.
CHE is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by registrants attributable to the registrant’s equipment or internet service; thus, CHE will not refund fees due to registrants’ technical difficulties. Registrants will be invited to join a practice logon time/meeting 24 to 48 hours before the event so registrants may test their equipment and IT functionality. If CHE experiences problems with CHE’s equipment or internet service, CHE will allot refunds as appropriate.
CHE webinars may not be recorded by anyone without CHE ‘s express written permission.
Attendees’ images and voice may be reproduced and shared by CHE via its website, social media sites, print materials, etc.

Certificates verifying credit for having attended CHE training events will only be issued by CHE to registrants who have paid in full and attended the training. Analytics of each attendee’s participation is provided to us by the GoTo Platform. The GoToWebinar platform gauges audience engagement metrics. Participating in our webinars shall be construed as your consent. No additional permissions are necessary. Neither the host nor the presenters access, review, retain, or share any metadata obtained by GoToWebinar from audience members.
Refunds may be requested or substitutions of registrants requested no later than seven days prior to the event.
